Natural gas as fuel is becoming ever more popular. Natural gas is a most environmentally friendly fuel. In future more will have to be set by such clean fuels to reduce environmental burdening, particularly in the conurbations. Liquid natural gas is also becoming ever more important to propel ships. Apart from the condensation systems we also offer plants for the storage, tanking, or filling of LNG.
Chemical Industry
Methane is used as primary element for the production of base chemicals such as methanol for the production of plastics. The supply of the chemical plants is usually via natural gas grid distribution systems. As, however, more and more local natural gas fields are being exploited which, for economic reasons, are not connected to the pipeline distribution systems, the natural gas is liquefied on the spot and then transported to the customer via liquid gas road tankers. We offer our customers holistic concepts for the utilisation of LNG. This also includes the industrial utilisation of the refrigeration capacity of the vaporization of LNG.
Contribution to the development of the rural area
There are infrastructural supply problems in many regions throughout the world. To develop the rural area, particularly in the so-called "Development Countries" the use of LNG and LPG may be a sensible supplement to the renewable energies.
By using combined heat and power stations operated by natural gas, both electric power and hot water can be gained. Thus there is a possibility of energy supplies meeting demands whereby the quality of life of the inhabitants and the regional development can be enhanced. Apart from the supply of the required equipment, our team is particularly at the disposal here for the development of economic supply concepts and financing models together with the customers.
