Enertec Trade Fair 2013

From 29th to 31st of January, 2013, the “Enertec” trade fair shall take place at the Leipzig Trade Fair Centre. The international trade fair for energy generation, distribution and storage is the annual starting point of the energy industry. As a member of the “Network Waste Heat from Metallurgy“,

Cryotec Anlagenbau GmbH is among the exhibitors. At our booth, we provide you with comprehensive information about waste heat and waste heat usage opportunities, but also about other Cryotec business fields and products.

We are looking forward to welcoming you at our booth B05 in Hall No. 4! If you like to meet us for a conversation, please make an appointment with us: +49 (0) 34 25 / 89 65 - 42 or Thank you!

Cryotec Anlagenbau GmbH Wurzen delivered mobile air separation plant

At the end of November, 2012, Cryotec Anlagenbau GmbH has delivered one of its special air separation plants, type ONL 10.

The ONL 10 is a special plant, tailor-made to the client´s requirements and one of the smallest mobile air separation plants worldwide. This plant type is able to generate pure liquid oxygen and nitrogen for medical purposes as well as for compaction of liquid nitrogen to a bottle-filling pressure of 300 bar g, with subsequent evaporation.

In order to make the plant fit for land, sea and air transport, the plant has been completely containerized and a special hydraulic lifting and lowering device has been developed for the Cold Box.

Cryotec as a Representative of EPC Group becomes a Member in the Network: Waste Heat from Metallurgy – Waste Heat to Electrical Power

In the network „Waste Heat from Metallurgy“ nine companies and two research facilities in Saxonia and Thuringia are working together on the hot topic of waste heat energy usage. Waste heat energy is a by-product in the metallurgy industry that occurs in quantities that make a downstream usage profitable. The target is to develop concepts and solutions of turning the waste heat into electrical power by using the ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) process.

Cryotec Anlagenbau Wurzen GmbH delivers an air separation plant

At the end of May, 2012, Cryotec Anlagenbau Wurzen GmbH is going to deliver an air separation plant, type ONL75, to an important customer in Azerbaijan. The ONL75 is part of the standard program of air separation plants of Cryotec. With this type of plant, high-purity liquid oxygen and nitrogen can be produced. Because of the energy-saving design and the containerized compact structure, this type of plant offers many advantages. The containerized modular structure allows quick function checks and operation start-up and a very quick onsite installation at the customer´s factory.

Biogas ‘Feed-in’ systems use energy more efficiently.

The optimal use of biogas can be achieved by feeding (exporting) the biogas into the gas network rather than consuming the gas onsite. This is particularly the case with the production and use of biogas in agricultural applications.

The benefits of exporting the biogas include better primary energy utilization and better overall efficiency as well the regional flexibility by distributing the gas through the gas network.

The EPC Group and its subsidiary Cryotec Anlagenbau GmbH can provide all the necessary services required for the construction of a biogas ‘feed-in’ system, including the engineering and equipment supply. The containerized systems are designed and manufactured in-house by Cryotec Anlagenbau GmbH in Wurzen, Germany.

Carbon Fiber and the Nitrogen Generation and Supply Systems

The production of high quality Carbon Fiber requires next to the factory reliable equipment such as provided by our partners Truetzschler, Eisenmann and Ruhstrat.

But not only the main equipment, also the installation of a High Purity Nitrogen Generation and Supply System will be responsible to ensure quality and safety for Carbon Fiber Production. We at Cryotec now offer these Nitrogen Generation and Supply Systems for Carbon Fiber Production for our customers worldwide and we are looking forward to your inquiry.

Cryotec participation at Khimia 2011 successful

Repeatedly, Cryotec as a member of the EPC Group was among the exhibitors of the International Exhibition for Chemical Science and Industry “CHIMIA” from 24th to 27th of October 2011 at the Expo-Center Moscow.

As in the previous years, the spacious and ideally located booth of EPC Group in hall 2 has been frequented by a strong stream of customers.

With new, attractive, eye-catching presentations and a well-prepared crew, EPC Group was able to meet the requirements of its new and existing customers even better than during CHIMIA 2009.
